Q: I placed an order now what? Once your order is confirmed by A.F.B. you will receive an email with detailed tracking information within 24-48 hours. *Please check your spam/trash folder to ensure you receive this email, if its not in your main email.
Q: How long does it take for orders to be processed? All orders are processed in the manner which they are received. Usual processing times are 1-5 business days not including Saturday's and Sunday's. Please note that during Angel Flash Sales, Angel Discount Days, or Angel Live Sales that orders may take longer to process because of an influx of orders. Allow 1-10 business days for all sale items to be processed.
Q: How do I change or cancel my order? Unfortunately all sales are final.
Q: Does Angel Face Beauty ship outside of the U.S.? Yes we ship worldwide. However, if you are located outside of the U.S. we are not responsible for custom fees. Also all orders outside of the U.S. incur a ship fee of $19.99.
Q. I received a damaged/defective item how do I fix this? If you receive a damaged/defective item due to our error, please be sure to email us with a photo proof of the item at Hello@angelface-beauty.com within 24-48 hours. Angel Face Beauty will replace the item with the same item or one of equal value.
Q. My item was lost or stolen, how can I get a refund? Once an order leaves our facility we are no longer liable or responsible. Please file a claim or contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777.
